ITEC Employee Referral Program Overview
ITEC is looking for talent nationwide. We are looking for smart, talented, and dependable people who are at the top of their field and are great to work with.
We take pride in attracting, developing and retaining the most talented, creative, and dedicated individuals. At ITEC, we believe the best way to find promising candidates is through the people who are already thriving at ITEC. We also encourage and reward individuals outside of ITEC to refer applicants to our open positions.
ITEC offers a generous referral bonus for referring your friends, acquaintances, former colleagues, or anybody else who you think would be a great addition to our team at ITEC.
We very much appreciate your efforts and pay bonuses to current ITEC employees of $2,000 and $500 to non-employees for a successfully placed referral!
How to refer and register a candidate:
- Refer individual candidates through ITEC’s Jobs Referral Registration form (right).
- Individuals must be hired within 180 days of referral date for the referral bonus to be payable.
- No referral bonus will be paid for candidates who have applied to a job posting, or with whom ITEC, Fahrenheit IT or Global Employment Solutions has had employment discussions within the 12 months preceding the submitted referral.
- Referred candidates must not be currently employed by ITEC, Fahrenheit IT or Global Employment Solutions.
- Bonus Payment:
- Current Employee – The first half of the $2,000 referral bonus will be paid upon the successful completion of 30 days of candidate’s employment with ITEC, and the second half will be paid upon the successful completion of 9 months of the candidate’s employment with ITEC. A referral bonus of $500 will be paid for positions that have a duration of 3 months or less.
- Non-employee – The $500 referral bonus will be paid upon the successful completion of 90 days of candidate’s employment with ITEC.
- ITEC, Fahrenheit IT and Global Employment Solutions corporate employees are not eligible to participate.
- No referral bonus will be paid for candidates who originate from a third party recruiting agency.
All non-employee referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 prior to the referral bonus being paid. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time. This program may be terminated at ITEC’s sole discretion.
